Having each suite thoroughly cleaned and detailed prior to new tenants moving in is crucial. At TEAMCO we ensure each suite is left as if it was brand new every time!
With our service you will have access to;
- Password protected portal, specific to your buildings to book cleanings easily and securely.
- Optional e-mail or text confirmation for when clean is scheduled, and again when clean is complete.
- Booking pages customized to your suite’s specific needs.
We offer two types of cleans for your suites, Full clean & Freshen up
- Full clean – A full clean is for when a tenant has moved out and has left the unit in not the best shape. Using our 48 point checklist we ensure top to bottom every inch of the suite is detailed; including but not limited to these commonly missed areas;
- Behind, underneath, inside and, sides of fridge and oven
- All light fixtures wiped clean of bugs and debris, with in reasonable reach
- Interior windows detailed including blinds washed and dust free
- All faucets de-calcified and polished
- Dishwasher and laundry machines detailed inside and out
- Bathroom fan dusted and washed clean
- Freshen up – A freshen up clean is for when your unit is clean, but has been sitting there collecting dust. We use the same 48 point checklist to ensure every inch of the unit is brought up to standard
